1953 Swedish IFA F9 Flyers
Sweden was a major market for IFA exports. First the F8 model and then the F9. Both vehicles were criticized in the local press for poor build quality, however, they were cheap and, being two-stroke cars, performed well in Swedish climate.
The 1955 model was manufactured by the Eisenach plant, which improved the build quality significantly.
The IFA F8 was also a popular seller in Sweden at the same time.
