Like all automotive concerns around the world, East German motorcycle company, VEB Motorradwerk Zschopau (MZ), had an employee newsletter that provided propaganda about the company, the state and the city of Zschopau. Here, despite increasing tensions with NATO, the war the newsletter's headline is 1.2 million men in East Germany have been demobilised and will be returning to the workforce.
