In this edition the new DKW 4=8 is announced. The new "Big DKW" would feature a complex V4 engine with charging pumps. Unfortunately the engine was very complex and suffered from break downs and high fuel and spark plug consumption. DKW persisted with the engine, making constant adjustments and modifications, through to 1939 without fully solving its problems.
